MRI METHODOLOGY

MRI integrates S3, VibeAI, and EDeX into a unified methodology designed to anticipate failures, detect anomalies, and enhance diagnostics in rotating machinery.

S3 defines the optimal sensing strategy and data architecture; VibeAI converts data into intelligent insights through AI-driven analytics; and EDeX combines operational variables to deliver deeper diagnostics and more precise corrective actions.

Intelligent Vibration Analytics:

Once the sensing architecture is defined, MRI applies AI-driven vibration analytics to detect anomalous patterns, interpret machine behavior, and support smart diagnostics through advanced signal intelligence and agent-based reasoning.

Early Detection to eXplanation:

MRI then extends vibration intelligence into integrated multivariate and hybrid models, combining vibration features with process variables to enable intelligent diagnostics, prognostics, root cause identification, and risk mitigation actions.

LubeAI introduces a smarter approach to lubricant analysis, moving beyond traditional monitoring toward a more connected and insight-driven maintenance model. By leveraging advanced analytics and modern data visualization, it enables a clearer understanding of equipment condition and performance.

Built to support condition-based maintenance, the platform enhances visibility, accelerates anomaly detection, and provides a more scalable way to manage lubrication data across operations.
